This policy explains what personal information jagoprates.com collects and how it's used. By using this site, you agree to the practices described below.

What we collect

We collect your email address when you sign up for the mailing list, respond to the email capture popup, or download a free plugin. We collect your name and message when you use the contact form. If you purchase a sample pack, payment information is collected and processed by Stripe (see below) — we never see or store your full card details. We also collect basic technical and analytics information, such as general usage data provided by our hosting provider.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, send updates only to people who have opted in, fulfil orders and provide plugin or sample-pack downloads, and protect our forms from spam and abuse using Google reCAPTCHA.

Third parties / sub-processors

We work with a small number of trusted providers who process data only to help run the site:

• Resend — delivers email, including contact-form messages and mailing-list updates.
• Stripe — processes sample-pack payments securely; Jago Prates never sees or stores your full card details.
• Vercel — hosts the website and handles basic request/technical data.
• Google reCAPTCHA — protects our forms from spam; its use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the email address you enter on this site. If someone submits an address that isn't theirs — for example, to get a download or sign up for updates — Jago Prates is not liable for that misuse. Any address will be removed on request.

Your choices / rights

You can unsubscribe from updates at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing us directly. You can also request deletion of your information at any time. For either request, contact contact@jagoprates.com.

Children

This site is not directed at children signing themselves up. For piano lessons, a parent or guardian handles the enquiry and any communication with us.
